The objectives of the Development of the Medicine Management
Applications are as follows:
1. Streamline Medicine Supply & Distribution: Ensure efficient and timely distribution of medicines to healthcare facilities and patients.
2. Demand Request Handling: Facilitate the handling of medicine requests from dispensaries and patients, ensuring timely fulfillment.
3. Enhance Accessibility: Improve accessibility to medicines by providing a user-friendly and efficient platform for indenting and
tracking medicine distribution.
4. Organize Inventory Management: Implement robust inventory management to optimize stock levels, reduce wastage, and ensure the
availability of essential medicines.
5. Medicine Master Management: Create a comprehensive database of medicines, including information on usage, and availability, for accurate and up-to-date medication information.
6. Real-time Monitoring: Provide real-time monitoring capabilities to track the movement and availability of medicines, ensuring
transparency and accountability.
7. Gap Analysis & Status Tracking: Perform gap analysis to identify shortages and areas of improvement in medicine distribution, enable tracking of the status of medicine requests, and shift the medicine inventory as per the need and availability to the dispensaries.
