The maximum size of the TI memory for a single, complete delivered product shall be MTI= 2^19 cells.
In the HTI mode, the total memory shall be shared between PLPs carrying components of the same complete delivered product. The memory allocated for each PLP shall be determined from the throughput for that PLP.
Note that receiver manufacturers can choose always to implement the time de-interleaver memory with MTI= 2^19 cells
