3. Matelkita Motor confirms / checks in advance regarding the object of the fiduciary guarantee to the related leasing company (Finance) so that data information is more valid, accurate and precise as well as completeness in carrying out the fiduciary guarantee execution process in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, in case of data errors then beyond our responsibility.
4. The Matelkita Motor application is not responsible for the execution of the fiduciary guarantee. All errors and misuse of Matelkita Motor Application data are the sole responsibility of the Application user.
