Ordering a TaTu is very simple:
- Download the Tatu app and create your account.
- Open the app and locate on the map or write where you are going.
- Once your driver is assigned, you will be able to see their information and that of the vehicle you will be traveling in, or you can skip and select another driver. You will be able to check the location of the driver and the time it will take him to get you.
- Select the payment method: Credit card or cash.
- At the "Confirm" and at the end of the trip remember to rate your experience on the trip. Give us your opinion to help us improve the TaTu experience. You will receive a receipt or invoice by email.
Security before everything. All TaTu drivers go through a selection process where they are qualified through different filters. In the TaTu application, you can add trusted contacts who will follow your journey in real time. In an emergency, use our security button.
