Mazda Insights (MCI)

This App was created by MCI to improve customer loyalty by bridging the gap across the different MCI dealers to ensure customer service is a priority across all dealerships. Loyalty and retention lead to improved vehicle sales and service revenue. Further, MCI wishes to implement certain tools to assist dealers in becoming more efficient and effective in providing service to its customers.
