The Madinah Region Development Authority has developed an application (Reports) through the Information Technology Department of the Authority, and through the application, various observations can be monitored and submitted to the supervisory body of the Authority and followed up, which contributes to the speed of processing the observations and improving the level of satisfaction with the services provided.
