Each volunteer will be given Code and Password to login the application. They can download their patient list from our server. They need to fill each patient's information everyday after meeting or calling them.
In this app, volunteer's phone call logs are read to make sure they have really called patients. Without calling them, volunteers cannot fill patient's information. In this way, we can make sure the quality of the information is correct.
