As the first independent radio station in the former Yugoslavia and the wider Balkan region, Radio M was registered in the Register of Public Media in 1990, and was the first to meet the programming, technical and economic conditions for obtaining a permanent broadcast license.
From 2021, Radio M represents the first network of digital radio stations in Bosnia and Herzegovina that can be listened to via a computer.
The Radio M network of digital radio stations consists of:

- Radio M Ex-Yu,
- Radio M Evergreen,
- Radio M Cafe,
- Radio M Gym,
- Radio M Narodna.
- Radio M Love Music.
