it used to work, but now it won't even let me sign in. I tried unstalling the app and downloading it again, but it's still giving me the same error. The website isn't any better. It's like they're forcing you to call their customer service number.

It used to work , but I have been unable to login for the last two months. Using my username and password, the response is "service unavailable".
