Bought this machine in March, 2019 for my elderly father. Works well at the beginning, the machine somehow no longer can connect to the network & unable to reset tray correct. Written to manufacturer in Chinese & in English for support, no response!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER!
