HbA1c/eAG Fast

This calculator allows prediction for eAG (estimated Average Glucose) from HbA1C (Glycosylated Hemoglobin) and vice-versa.

Furthermore it convert:
- HbA1C value from "%" to "mmol/mol" and vice-versa
- eAG value from "mg/dL" to "mmol/L" and vice-versa.
