The Empower Health™ MyHealth application is used as part of the Empower Health™ system to provide remote monitoring of health data related to hypertension, using smart phones and tablets. The application is intended to collect basic clinical data, provide earlier detection of raised blood pressure, and remotely guide hypertensive patients to connect with their health care provider when further clinical evaluation is needed.
