Once you have been given a temporary pin, you can simply download the application on any android device and start awarding and redeeming loyalty points. You have full control over your company profile and you can change your logo, name, phone number, password etc.
The app is available in both English and Arabic and is simple to use. It is compatible with all screen sizes and all major smart phone brands.
You can also use this app to redeem coupons through the QR code feature. Please note that to make a new coupon, you will have to make a request through the web app.
We also provide reporting features so you can see a complete history of all transactions, including points awarded and coupon redeemed.
