A separate "city" in which we function daily, live and achieve both personal and team goals. The idea of ​​creating a large digital community formed the basis of the Metapolis product.

What is Metapolis?

This is a unified digital environment in which company employees work. They get a convenient remote workplace (web version or mobile version) with a set of useful features with which they can solve their work tasks faster, easier and better. In one application, the functionality of several IT systems is combined at once, which is convenient for the user and at the same time imperceptibly thanks to a single interface.

The number of users for "Metapolis" can be unlimited. This is a convenient tool for managing both companies with a small team and large holdings with 90,000+ employees.

- Absences: calendar of absences, possibility to apply for leave.
- Notification center: personal news feed of the enterprise and the company, current production indicators, my.metinvestholding.com portal, news from the corporate social network Yammer.
- For managers: lists employees, view their finances, work schedules and absences.
