The mobile application is designed to improve the convenience of receiving state and municipal services provided on the basis of our centers and offices.
The following functionality is available in the mobile application:
- preliminary registration for the provision of state and municipal services at the selected branch of the MFC with the possibility of transferring the record or canceling it;
- checking the status of the case;
- assessment of the quality of services rendered;
- obtaining reference information on services;
- working hours of centers and offices "My Documents" with display of workload and average reception time for services;
- news of SGBU MFC.
Today in the Smolensk region there are 27 centers "My Documents", 75 offices in small settlements (TOSP), 2 service windows for business entities and 4 centers for the provision of services for business. Also, on the basis of the SGBU MFC, the work of mobile offices is carried out, which travel for free to privileged categories of citizens who are not able to independently visit the centers of public services, and also provide a service for paid visits of specialists.
