Mars, the red planet

Mars, the red planet allows you to explore the entire surface of Mars at high resolution with ease. To see the landing sites of the American rovers, or to take a closer look at the main craters, mountains and plains of Mars, just tap on the left side menu and you will be instantly teleported to the respective coordinates. Another tap on the central panel and you can see a real image of the selected rover and find out more details about its mission. Gallery, Mars data, Resources, Rotation, Pan, Zoom In and Out, are a few of this application pages and features.

Imagine you are traveling in a fast spaceship that can orbit Mars, looking directly at its surface and seeing some of its well-known formations, such as Olympus Mons and Valles Marineris.
