For our pizzas utilizzaiamo only Sicilian ancient grain flour. Our specialties: rotisserie mignon sandwiches with fritters, croquettes and bread with spleen.
At lunch we propose first express dishes, sandwiches, wraps, salads, burgers that we produce we serve with our long leavening bread (48 hours), and baked in a wood.
