Every Sunday, diet and exercise programs are released for the coming days of the week as well as a mindset theme that we will work with during the week.

The weekends you adapt exactly as you want or copy your favorite day from the week, there are no bans but just a healthy and sustainable balance.

The training is adapted to be performed at home, but can of course also be done in a gym.

The diet is varied and based on clean, simple staples and each meal should be quick to prepare.

The program's three basic frameworks
1. Training
-New training programs every weekday
-Designed by me personally for best results
-You only need weights and rubber bands
-Each program is about 30 min
-Video for each exercise
-Support if needed

2. Kost
-Here you get a plethora of my favorite recipes based on a low carbohydrate diet (Keto) that can be alternated with a higher carbohydrate intake during the weekend.
-3 goals per day and snacks depending on your vision of results.
-Can be adapted to periodic fasting.
-Shopping list for the week.

3. Mindfulness
