The Militia Immaculate is an association of believers who want to participate in the conversion of sinners under the guidance of the Immaculate Received Virgin Mary. The hl. Maximilian Kolbe founded it on October 16, 1917 in Rome, steeped in the yearning for the salvation of souls. On January 2, 1922, the community was officially recognized by the Holy See.
