I have used this app for YEARS. I used this app to upload photos & videos of my children from when they were BABIES. and I relied on this (and a few other apps) to keep memories safe after a messy divorce. But now I can't log into my MiMedia account, even after trying to "reset password". The worst part is that I can't "just take more pictures/ make more memories"- because my daughter just passed away on July 30, 2025...so not being able to login isnt just frustrating, it's heartbreaking😭💔

I'm losing all my personal and family pictures, like My nephew's pictures of his baptism. My Cousins wedding Pictures of my sisters and cousins and my mom. I'll never use this app again. All the pictures I did was from my phone which I no longer have..
