Meditation
Here you will find over 300 guided meditations in Swedish based on different themes such as happiness, stress and relationships. In the meditation journey you will learn to meditate in seven different parts which contain a total of 49 meditations. Here you will find guided meditations for when life happens, such as before a first date or if you are having a bad day. You will also find our in-depth series with Sweden's leading experts such as Björn Natthiko Lindeblad, Camilla Sköld and Bengt Renander

Movement
Discover our new category Movement with Fefe and Kakan. Here you will be guided through various training exercises to come home to your body, find focus and feel more space in both your spine and breath. Create a healthy habit via Today's Movement - a new 15-minute session every day that combines yoga, stretching, breathing and stillness or explore our movement sessions where you can choose between Flow, Rest, Max and Strength.

Sleep
