- Select a service the distributor wants to be served at the exhibition and proceed with e-ticket collection.
- Use the generated e-ticket on the application to make transactions at the counter.
- Allow to update the number of waiting people and expected waiting time.
- Allows evaluation and feedback on service quality of service staff.
