SIPKS Mobile App is an application used by principals and treasurers to carry out monitoring, controlling, and approval of purchasing activities carried out by schools. In the activities of the Principal and Treasurer can easily carry out the operation of the application anywhere using mobile apps.

Transactions that have been approved will be recorded directly in the General Cash Book, Cash Assist Book, and Bank Ledgers. so school reporting will be very helpful and easier.


SIPKS Mobile Application Features:

- Confirmation from the Treasurer
In this application the treasurer can confirm the expenses to be made by the school

- Confirmation and Transfer from the Principal
This application will allow you to move financial books if you have received approval from the principal for school expenses

Application Security:
- Using a verified account of the Surabaya City Education Office
The account can only be used when getting Verification from the Surabaya City Education Service

- Using No. IMEI on Mobile
This application will also see the user's Mobile Phone Imei and if it's not the same then this application will automatically refuse to continue the transaction

- Using Face Recognition
This application uses face recognition to confirm or move books
