This "Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") defines the basic conditions of services for iPhone/Android terminals (hereinafter referred to as "Devices") provided by Mithra Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") for free or for a fee.
At the stage of installing an application that uses the services provided by the Company for terminals (hereinafter referred to as the application) on the terminal, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

○Our company shall not be obligated to respond to any damage caused by the use of the application by the user, or to provide any technical maintenance or functional improvement regarding the licensed program of the user.
In addition, the application may be changed or abolished without prior notice to the user, and the user shall comply with this.
○The intellectual property rights of the application belong to our company.
Except as expressly permitted, the application may not be distributed, rented, leased, loaned, or transferred to a third party.
○This agreement does not guarantee the completeness and certainty of the application.
Even if it satisfies the operating requirements, we do not guarantee that it will operate in the user's usage environment.
○ The Company may change these Terms at any time without obtaining prior consent from users. The amended Terms shall take effect from the time the amended Terms are posted.
○ The governing law of these Terms shall be the law of Japan and shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of Japan.
○ If a lawsuit arises between the user and our company, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of the first instance.
