Mittelsächsische Entdecker

With the app. is a digital school project for the better marketing of castles in Central Saxony. Pupils from high schools and high schools have worked through and illuminated the history and events in the old walls in virtual 3D tours. This information was integrated via a tour kit (content management system) of the virtual 3D tour. Valuable content was integrated into the panoramas, partly through research but also in a playful way with the recording of video clips and plays. The pupils created, filmed and recorded the content themselves on numerous project days and inserted it into the virtual tour in. A knowledge quiz was also included in each of the virtual tours. At the end of the virtual journey, this quiz can test users' knowledge. The project was developed in close cooperation with the funding agency Regio Döbeln e.V. The app. is a model project and can be applied to any other school. It is the digital answer to a PowerPoint presentation. The app. is a digital student project from 4 schools in the district of Mittelachsen.
