I've had device almost 2 years without issues now I am getting message device storage corrupted. so can't access videos . what's the solution

Too much battery in background! Lorex, you need to update your android app! I constantly get a notification that your app uses too much battery in the background and the phone wants to put it in deep sleep. I've received the same message with three different phones which means it's definitely your app and not the phone itself. Worst part is this has been a problem for over a year. You guys need a serious update. Other comments confirm the same thing... not sure why you aren't fixing it.

you know what I don't need? having to log on (again) and wait for a 6 digit number to arrive on email when I hear something outside of my house. this is a dumb idea!

1. Lorex sell 16 channel NVR, their app only allows for 9 channels. 2. Bought a Lorex 10 camera CCTV system, cameras connected via POE not detected. It should be simple to setup, instructions not clear, requires both the app and NVR, even then it wouldn't work. Called UK number at abt 10am UK time, and voiceover said called out of hrs. Raised ticket on 15th Dec, response on 18th. I responded on the 22nd, had closed the ticket and to call US. Very unhelpful. Will not be buying again.

keeps logging me out and requiring a different 6 diget code each time and you can't reuse the codes and I can no longer log on.
