From Graham's point of view, the smart investor is the one who develops a business plan for himself and sticks to it as much as possible in order to increase his chances of success. It is based on the fact that the investor can, under certain circumstances, buy the share at a price lower than its real value, and the lower the share is than its real value, the lower the risk factor, and the higher the profit rate.
