We don't claim to have all records ever written in the USA, in fact we are far from it! If your wanting more up to date information or need a certified criminal record, contact your local state police department, they'll point you in the correct direction for your state. Your local state police should also be able to assist with a certified national check -- which must be investigated by a professional, there is no known nationwide instant search system, at least not a public version.
