- Table occupancy, average number of orders per order, and main customer behavior patterns show data from 10 minutes ago, and customer ratio from 1 hour ago.
- Situations where real-time information cannot be provided:
▷ Every night from 9:00 until the cafe resumes business the next day
▷ Stores that have not yet installed AIoT equipment (to be installed)
▷ When the store's AIoT equipment is offline (store power failure, device malfunction, internet disconnection, various other reasons)
- In stores where real-time information cannot be provided, “AI real-time information is being prepared” on the screen showing real-time information. display the text.
2. AI recommendations
- The recommended keyword consists of a total of 3 categories, and you can receive recommendations for nearby cafes suitable for the keyword.
- Recommended selection keyword 1: "Do you have a favorite cafe atmosphere? A-MAZE will find a cafe with the atmosphere you want!"
▷ Emotional (more sought after by women), suitable for ASMR (with moderate white noise), popular (more than 50% average table occupancy)
- Suggested Selection Keyword 2: "Eoljukah vs. Tejukah Which drink do you like?"

3. Dynamic brand selection
- If you select a brand, you can experience a different experience by changing the theme color, logo, and affiliated cafes of that brand.

- As of May 2023, there are three brands to choose from: Maze, ACTS29, and Cafe Manwolhoe.
- All cafes are affiliated with A-MAZE's service through their own brand.
▷ Maze: A cafe that is directly affiliated with A-MAZE's service
▷ Association ACTS29: Cafes that are members of ACTS29, a non-profit personal cafe association affiliated with Seoul City, or have participated in events hosted by ACTS29
▷ Café Manwolhoe: Café Manwolhoe, a brand that delivers undiluted beverages for relaxation
- You can use the feature by selecting 'Change brand' in the navigation drawer through the button at the top left of the 'Home' tab.
- If you change the brand, you can use A-MAZE's service that dynamically loads the brand information from the server and links it with real-time information.
