In medical units, when it is necessary to send a pregnant patient to another unit with greater resolution capacity, the patient referral process begins.
However, the system, by itself, does not have the capacity to monitor whether said patient went to where she was sent or, even, how her problem was resolved or if she requires something else to achieve it.
The purpose of this application is that, without neglecting the aforementioned system, the operational health personnel have a tool to quickly notify the respective authorities of the general data of the patient and her diagnosis, so that they can follow up accordingly. The data obtained is sent daily (or as often as requested) by email to the authorities interested in carrying out the aforementioned monitoring.
