Wine is a fermented alcoholic beverage, which is obtained in the process of full or partial fermentation of grape juice. Sometimes other fruits are used, but only wine from grapes is considered real. There are natural and fortified wines. The former are characterized by a small strength – 9-16%, and for the fortified this indicator is kept within 16-22%.
