I've spent ages trying to sign up but still it has not bore fruits

Having no similar app. with which to compare, it's difficult to evaluate this system based on features, speed, or friendliness. Since our main office may or may not inform us of permissions they have power to grant or deny, when I suddenly lose a function without being informed I may contact customer service at Mobiworks when some change was made by our office without our knowledge making it necessary for Mobiwork to contact our company to find out it was 'us' that caused the dysfunction.
