Features of the app:
- Forms designer: With a simple drag and drop interface, forms can be constructed in minutes by non-technical users with Access Care Planning forms designer.
- Forms management: Field staff can now manage their form in the most efficient way: scroll, click, scroll, submit - and everything is synchronised!
- Rich data capture: Capture rich data such as pictures, bar codes and signatures. And since both mobile and web interfaces are completely in sync, everyone sees the same thing!
- Business rules: Set reminders, emails, alerts triggering and data changes automation. As with all features of our software, rules can easily be configured by non-technical users.
- Role based access control: Configure which groups of users have view, edit and create permissions on forms and case records. Permissions can be configured easily and deployed instantly.
- Offline working: When the device is connected, data is sent back at regular intervals. When offline, all data is stored securely on the device, and uploaded when back online.
- Data security: All communication between the user devices and server is over an encrypted channel and data stored on the devices is also encrypted.

terrible terrible terrible app. badly optimised. slow. when it records legal documents occasionally and quite often doesn't save what you type, you press enter and it just disappears into thin air so you have to try remember or type what you just typed. terrible features very slow, constantly having to resync/reset to gain information. doesn't just behave in good ways when offline, has to be constant online service. again just checking out of visits is glitchy slow and bad. Very boring interface

recently been having issues with typing notes in i can't see what im typing having to keep minimising the keyboard to see.

Doesn't allow you to see the name of a cancelled visit, when it does this on iPhone.

Pretty embarrassing the amount of 1 star reviews this app has got. Given that ,as a client it has been forced upon me , I would have hoped for a more user friendly product. The biometrics, although set up, don't work and the app is absolutely eating my phone's battery. Only Google drains a higher percentage. I'm going to guess that the staff who are having to record their work on this won't be awarding many 5 star reviews either.
