This Smart Bubbles Laundry @KKSP concept is a "One Stop Center" that offers "full service" to its customers. There are several types of services performed such as regular washing, hand washing, drying, folding, rubbing and scrubbing. Smart Bubbles Laundry @KKSP will operate on weekdays (Sundays to Thursdays) from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.
The Smart Bubbles Laundry @KKSP's workforce comprises 4 Lecturers of Hospitality Operations units, KSP students from the Entrepreneurial Club along with two full-time and part-time staff. This is the effort of the Sungai Petani Community College to train students in the management of the laundry business to provide opportunities and opportunities for students to venture into the entrepreneurship business. All service activities, commission payments and profit distribution including inventory management are recorded through the Point of Sales System (POSystem).
After operating for several years, the Laundry company has taken steps to introduce a laundry delivery system through the online Apps that help customers with limited time wash their clothes by using Runner whose job it is to send and retrieve clothes to wash from. customers.
