The app doesn't work. I keep getting a message that says "aaaah, something went wrong. We're sorry for the inconvenience" and it closes out.

This app works fine and no complaints however, when I did have a complaint they fixed it right away or the next day or so as expect. So for new bus technology in Hazleton, PA, it is phenomenal. Can't wait to see what ModeShift has in stores for the future.
