Al-Mowafaqat Al-Mowafaqat book by Al-Shatby: The subject of the book and its chapters: It is the statement of the purposes of the Book and the Sunnah, the ruling and the total interests underlying under the single evidences and vocabulary of the legislation, and the definition of the secrets of the costs in this Hanif law.
The Book of Approvals The author has restricted the chapters of his book to five sections:
1- The necessary scientific introductions.
2-Provisions.
3-Maqasid al-Sharia.
4-Evidence.
5- Diligence.
