My Missions application is the first application specialized in managing construction projects and contracting and building projects in Egypt.
The following is a list of the most prominent and important features of the application:
1- Determine the roles of the members and take into account the sensitivity of each role
At this point we have taken into account that each member within the project must have a specific role so that he cannot view files, messages and reports unless they have been shared publicly or permission has been given by the project manager to open these materials.
2- The ability to add companies
Members can be arranged by adding companies to them so that it is easy to identify each member, and financial reports can be sent in the name of the company.
3- Correspondence between members and opening chat rooms
Any member can easily communicate with members of other companies, select topics for discussion, and access messages at any time and with ease.
4- Share files and access them easily
Files can be easily uploaded, downloaded, and viewed, and accessed through advanced search filters
5- Task management
You can create tasks and assign them to members and companies, track the progress of the task, and send feedback in an up-to-date manner.
6- Create professional schedules
Tasks can be displayed on timetables and follow-up on the synchronization and overlapping of tasks, which gives a clear view of the progress of the project.
7- Managing reports or financial extracts
Companies can send financial extracts to the project manager for approval. The project manager can also issue these extracts or comment on them and know the total cost of the project and complete financial management.
