First attempt to sign up required I go 1 month at a time through calendar to get to birth date of a 70 year old. Screwed up my courage to try again and that process was, happily, improved. Got signed up and ordered 3 refills, yay. Later decided to sign in and see if there are settings to set up notification when refills are ready for pick up. Now it won't recognize my email address. Odd I have an email confirming my account. But I not only can't sign in, app does not see my account. Worthless ap
