Created in 2016, Moniwan now manages more than 1.7 billion euros in assets on behalf of nearly 30,000 investors, a success that positions it as a benchmark player in real estate savings. Moniwan offers a variety of investments, such as SCPI (full ownership or dismemberment, cash or credit, etc.), life insurance or retirement products (PER). Most of these solutions are accessible from a few tens of euros of monthly subscription and a few hundred euros of contribution in order to prepare for retirement, receive potential additional income or build up capital. As a reminder, the SCPI is not a miracle product and like any financial product it presents associated risks: lack of potential profitability or capital loss, geographic concentration risk, liquidity risk, capital invested not guaranteed. SCPI units must be acquired with a view to portfolio diversification. The minimum investment period recommended by the management company is 10 years.
In addition, Moniwan distributes a life insurance contract (Moniwan Vie) in partnership with GENERALI, one of the strongest insurers on the market.
