The program was developed by Lachin Novruzov, a dissertation student of the Agricultural Research Institute. The aim is to make it easier for farmers to calculate the amount of fertilizer needed for planting, and to ensure that they have access to the necessary seeds, fertilizers, agro-technical tools and agrarian advice.
