1. Does not let me rent more than one bike 2. Cannot rent ebike via kiosk 3. Does not provide directions to bike docks

Literally first time using th app and returned the bikes. Then saw today charged $112 claiming the bike was used when we were not using them. Then got an e.ail saying bike not returned? what kind of scam you pulling? remove the charge, asap. one bike was pulled and used for literally one minute and returned to maplewood and Peterson got text it was.
