Unreliable & not user friendly. No way to upload a hot plate from the app either on the old version or this one. The app doesn't keep you logged on. I had high hopes but it's the same non-sense from the older version of the Mobile Companion. Even the web-based version is highly non-user friendly. Officers need to have the information at their fingertips, not have to go back to an in car laptop because the mobile app is unreliable
