The Telefónica Empresas app offers a free service that allows you to consult and control your business lines with the convenience of having them just a touch away from the screen and always at hand.
You can manage your mobile line with the app: voicemail, call forwarding... Any doubt or incident you have, we will help you solve it from technical support, the Advisory Team and frequently asked questions.
FEATURES:
• Aimed at clients of Small and Medium Enterprises. Customized with roles of Administrator (manager of all lines of the company) and User (employee)
• Modern design and intuitive navigation. Synchronized with the contact list to provide the user with complete information on who they have called or sent an SMS to.
• Available for Android 6.0 Marshmallow or higher operating systems.
• Secure access with the Mobile, receiving, to access, a unique and one-time password on the phone via SMS, with a fingerprint or with facial recognition to open a session.
WITH THE APP YOU CAN:
• Configure the mobile line: voicemail, call forwarding, identity concealment, missed call notifications, suspension due to theft and access to the PUK code (unlocking of the Telefónica SIM card in the terminal).
• See at the moment the consumption and details of mobile and fixed lines.
• Mobile line consumption widget. Access to information at a glance on the Smartphone desktop.
• Check and download the last 6 invoices (Administrator only): You can see the details of the invoice, download it, send it by email or share it through the phone's applications.
• Technical assistance adapted to both the profile of the Administrator and Line User:
- Technical support to open incidents on contracted products.
- Internet connection speed test
- Contact with our sales advisor team.
- Frequently asked questions that will solve your most common doubts.
• Access to offers and promotions.
APP ACCESS PROFILES:
• Administrators can configure access to the app from the Telefónica Empresas website https://paut.telefonica.es/ in the Profile / User management / Line users section, they can give permission for employees to have access to queries about their lines. And provide Administrator permissions to the lines of the users they deem.
•Once you are registered and depending on the permissions granted when you log in with your mobile number, you will access the employee's line, line user or all company lines, administrator.
• Once inside the app you can configure access to enter with facial or fingerprint recognition.

Why do you need PERMISSION to access my agenda?
The Telefónica Empresas app works perfectly without the need for this permission. However, we recommend that you accept it so that your line queries are much more intuitive, as the numbers replace the names you save in your phone book.

Installation and operation of the consumption Widget
On the Smartphone desktop, activate the widget menu where we see that the "Telefónica Empresas" is located.
We select it and place it where we want on the desktop of our phone.
Configure from the "Profile" option in the main menu of the App.
You must not log out your user for the Widget to work. You can close the app without having to log out.
