Your service fee is higher than the Rent Refi app. Switched back.

I'm not impressed. It takes up to a week for your rent payment. It then will say it's pending? Why really, it's just giving out false information because the money is still in your account. So, really, all it's saying is that it will take the money when it wants to, and it doesn't care if it overdrafts your account if you have that problem. If you are a new landlord looking for an app. please don't use this one. 0/10
