“Phule Smart Fertilizer Calculator” android and web application calculate crop-wise fertilizer requirements by using three different methods viz. Soil Test Crop Response (STCR) equation, Recommended Dose of Fertilizer (RDF) and As per Soil Test (AST) by using the following input parameters of soil from the soil test report: Soil pH, Electrical Conductivity, Soil Organic Carbon, Calcium Carbonate percentage, Soil Available Nitrogen, Phosphorus and potassium.
(i) This app calculates the required fertilizer dose and shows seven different fertilizer combinations to meet crop’s nutrient requirement for 21 seasonal and 4 orchard crops, also provide general advisory about fertilizer application to users.
