The online queuing application is intended to support the implementation of public services for goods, services and/or administrative services by the One Stop Integrated Service Investment Service (DPMPTSP) of Bulungan Regency through PUBLIC SERVICE MAL (MPP). People can use this application to take a queue number online before coming to the service.
Conditions for taking queue numbers online
1. You need an MPP account to be able to access all the features of the app
online queue
2. Please select the destination agency and service
3. Determine your arrival time to the MPP place and book a queue. Your queue number is automatic
already integrated into the Bulungan Regency MPP service system
4. Make sure you come by showing the queue booking code to the service officer
The available features are:
1. List of Agencies and their services that are members of the Public Service Mall
2. Information on types of services and their provisions in Bulungan Regency Kabupaten
2. Service selection and arrival time to the Public Service Mall
3. Take the service queue online
4. Online queue pick up history
