Use different timers for your workouts or create new custom timers for your specific workout.
The activity tracker will help you to keep your routine and keep you working out.
HIIT workouts are a high intensity interval training method which will leave you exhausted after only 4 minutes.
Try it with a variety of different exercises: boxing, Tabata, sprints, kettlebells, push-ups, sit-ups, skipping, etc.

The audio when you start a timer (after 10 second countdown) is insanely loud and distorted. Almost blew my eardrums out with headphones.
