About Juwenalia Krakowskie

Juwenalia Krakowskie is an annual student festival. The event always takes place in May in Krakow and is organized by the largest Krakow universities: AGH Krakow, Jagiellonian University, Krakow University of Technology, AWF Krakow. Juwenalia is an opportunity for great fun and integration thanks to the numerous attractions provided.

The student festival is primarily concerts during which famous Polish artists perform, which is what all students are waiting for. Participants can listen to music of various genres, from rock and pop to electronic music and hip-hop. Every day, several performers perform in each of the concert zones, which are located on the premises of the universities organizing the event.

During Juwenalia, various cultural events and sports activities are also organized, in which students can take part having a great time and thus creating the best memories. The student holiday is also an opportunity to integrate various universities. Students have the opportunity to get to know each other better, exchange experiences and make new friends.

One of the most important events is the traditional Juwenalia parade, in which students from all universities take part, walking through the streets of Krakow, to take over the key to the city gates at Szczepański Square and officially begin the biggest student celebration. Creative disguises, student songs and flags of Krakow's universities add charm and student atmosphere to the whole march. The procession aims to show the unity between Krakow's universities and their students.

In 2023, Juwenalia Krakowskie includes three concert zones: AGH Beach Zone, Żaczek UJ Zone, Polibuda PK Zone and one sports zone: Green AWF Zone in Kraków. This year's juwenalia will be held on May 16-21.
