With this application, you can send the information you wrote as a message via Whatsapp.
You can add one of you for once,
You can choose the date and start and end times of the application you are making,
If the application could not be done, you can select it and write the reason,
You can write your application location (optional),
You can write your team code and total check count (mandatory),
You can write your control type and control numbers one by one by selecting the detailed control number (optional),
If the penalty has been applied, it can write or select the penalty article, number and amount (mandatory if selected),
You can add your actions other than penalties with additional information,
You can add a supply to your supply or information as the last sentence.
