MMS Athlete is more than a training app, it is a tool for amateur and professional athletes to have the opportunity to be trained by specialist coaches who are members of the Brazilian Coaches Association, formed by the Brazilian Olympic Committee, with current and effective methodology. If you want to improve your performance or are new to running, we will be happy to help you, just register on the app, filling out a few questions to outline your athletic profile and a Coach will contact you.

Then, just follow the training spreadsheet, made exclusively for you, and give us feedback on the feeling of body fatigue before and after training so that the professional can assess your performance and plan the next sessions. In case of doubts, you can contact your coach for clarification at agreed times.
Get access to training sheets planned by your trainer, weekly, as well as videos with running techniques and warm-up exercises, strengthening, dynamic stretches and everything you need to understand the training that your trainer passes and performs correctly.

You will tell us the dates of the main races that you will participate in the period and we will give you a plan (Training Macrocycle) for your calendar.
